Coaching is a highly personalized location based on your specific needs and personal characteristics that help to clarify your goals and supports you in achieving them, overcoming blocks and obstacles that you encountered to date, finding alternative solutions that until now have not considered passable and rediscover your inner resources that until you have ignored.
From this point of view, coaching and training are complementary assult.
The meeting number 1 is absolutely essential: not only need to know to:
- agree and define the area to work on (the problem, the objective, strategies to learn)
- find your motivation (or the energy that will turn into action)
In the meetings that follow the coach helps you to define in detail WHAT you really want to achieve, so as to have clear ideas and make a conscious choice and consistent with your values.
Is defined in HOW well get to that, what STEPS do, what strategy to take, such as internal and external RESOURCES to use.
Your main task is to experiment, and the other between meetings, strategies and behaviors chosen to compare potresi following the meeting on progress made and difficulties and explore ways to further improve, to achieve the target set.
The path of coaching varies from 5 to 10 meetings, usually, and has a frequency ranging from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 meetings per month.
Coaching can take place both in the presence (face to face) to the phone or via Skype.
