We define coaching as a process of deliberate and planned to help people to acquire and improve their skills. The coaching experience reaches this goal through daily activities and individual support specific programs.
Coaching: the methodological approach
With coaching, the person acquires knowledge of all the resources at its disposal, its real strengths and style in relationships.
Crucial points are:
- agreement, express and define, from time to time, the objectives to be achieved;
- share feedback;
- formulate the concepts and teachings;
- support and encouragement to overcome obstacles;
