Coaching: definition and method.

Definition of Coaching

We define coaching as a process of deliberate and planned to help people to acquire and improve their skills. The coaching experience reaches this goal through daily activities and individual support specific programs.

 
Coaching: the methodological approach
With coaching, the person acquires knowledge of all the resources at its disposal, its real strengths and style in relationships.

Crucial points are:

  • agreement, express and define, from time to time, the objectives to be achieved;
  • share feedback;
  • formulate the concepts and teachings;
  • support and encouragement to overcome obstacles;
The most training is integrated to provide the customer the tools to acquire knowledge, to identify the strengths and the best one, to work in a focused and planned in line with the objective of coaching offered.
